The "other birds" group includes all birds other than albatrosses, sooty shearwater, white-chinned petrel, black petrel, flesh-footed shearwater, and grey petrel. Estimates of total captures in trawl and longline fisheries are available for the "other birds" group.
In the 2020–21 fishing year, there was no observed fishing in bottom longline fisheries in the Stewart Snares Shelf area. No estimates of total captures were made.
